Details: Tribeca Shortlist was a joint venture between Lionsgate and The Tribeca Film Festival. I led the migration of the service to the templated video app framework VHX (now Vimeo OTT). Migrating to this platform cut video hosting costs by an order of magnitude and allowed an expansion of the service's availability on streaming devices. I worked closely with the design team to develop the UX and with the marketing team and engineering team to plan for deployment on the VHX platform.
