Details: I took over the iHeartRadio app for Android Auto in January of 2019 and shortly thereafter ran a comprehensive user experience study collecting both qualitative and quantitative data to guide our roadmap. That roadmap has ushered in significant improvements — a completely revamped menu structure, improvements to Google Assistant, and a redesigned player — that have contributed to a 134% increase in monthly uniques over the past two years.
