The Studio at Medallia
Role: Studio Manager and Senior Producer
Details: I was brought in to spin up Medallia's in-house marketing creative resource, The Studio. I worked closely with the VP of brand marketing to set up a partnership with an external agency to augment our internal design team. I designed the work request process and presented it to the broader marketing team at Medallia.
We receive an average of 30 creative requests per month, ranging from social media content to whitepapers and infographics to trade booth designs, which I evaluate, resource, and produce. I review and approve all SOWs and manage the $500,000 annual budget.
